Returns and cancellations
 

At Concettina, we are committed to making every piece of handmade jewelry that perfectly fits your measurements, however if you feel that your item has an error or has arrived damaged, you must inform us immediately by emailing info@concettina.com.au and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.  

Returning an order

Return Policy
New, unworn items can be returned to Concettina within 28 days of delivery.  Please note that because all our items are made to measure, those returns will incur a 30 percent restocking fee.

Cancelling an order

Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of making your made to measure jewelry.  If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30 percent of the total amount of the item.  To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team on info@concettina.com.au

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.  It may take up to 4 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your item.
